Rent to buy agreements require non refundable deposit of 4times weekly repayment, transport charge (refunded at the end of lease) $400 for 3m wide buildings, $300 for 8 and 6m standard buildings and $150 for others in Auckland area.
No risk policy – Customer can cancel the lease anytime before its end. We will convert the lease into rent and refund the difference less initial deposit, transport and price of any special modifications ( if any).
